Wow, 10 years has certainly flown! Well, I didn't do the uni thing as at the time, I had no idea what I really wanted to do with my life. I ended up working in Admin in Innisfail for 5 & half years. During that time I slipped in a holiday to Bali, before my other half & I bought a house (the other half who I'm sure you've guessed by the surname is still Paul).

I married Paul in Sept 1999, honeymooned in Vanuatu & New Calledonia onboard the P&O Fair Princess Cruiseship, then spent 3 long and dusty years renovating our house. Anyone thinking about completely rebuilding your house yourselves while you're both working full time and living there, I certainly don't recommend it! Mind you, I now know a bit about plastering, sanding, tiling, plumbing, painting and all those fun jobs that accompany renovations.

Would you believe that the day we finally completed it we handed the keys over to tenants and proceeded to convert a Diahatsu Delta van into a campervan which was our new home for the next 2 years whilst travelling around Australia, enjoying the many wonders that our beautiful Country has to offer. Everyday offered new surprises and adventures and I don't recall the feeling of boredom even once.

But all good things must come to an end and now I'm back to reality and working again in Innisfail to pay the mortgage/bills. I'm back in Admin and am the Treasurer for the Brothers Rugby League Football Club (and also Admin for Brothers Leagues Club) which I thoroughly enjoy. I'm studing Accounting as well and Paul & I are in the process of starting a new business venture...more details at the reunion, hopefully. Oh, I havn't had time to fit any little tykes in so I'm busy spoiling my many nieces & nephews.

Janita Saunders (Brischetto) and I are happy to organise the reunion since we both live in Innisfail so please keep in touch. We've chosen the 25th June, Queen's B'Day long Weekend and want to include a tour of the School (we can't have Aaron miss out on at least stepping foot inside his multi-purpose court), afternoon tea to include partners, children etc and a dinner function.
